What is a Profile?

In Socials Board, a Profile is a sub-account within an organization that manages linked social media accounts. Each profile can only have one of each social media type connected at a time.

For example:

• Profile 1 can connect one Facebook, one Instagram, one TikTok, and one YouTube.
• If you want to add another Facebook account, you must either remove the existing one or create a new profile.

Viewing Your Profiles

Your current profile is displayed in the left corner above the sidebar.

To switch between profiles:

• Click on the Profile Dropdown. - A list of all available profiles in the current organization will appear. - Select a profile to switch to it.

Creating a New Profile

To create a new profile:

• Select + Create Profile.

• A pop-up will appear asking for:
  • Profile Name
  • Profile Description (optional)
• Click Create Profile to confirm.

Managing Your Profiles

• You can view all profiles within an organization from the profile dropdown.
• Only one profile can be active at a time. - Each profile manages its own linked social media accounts.
